Tignale is versatile and always creates new and enchanting scenarios. From the rugged landscape of the gorge of the S. Michele torrent, to the terraces covered with olives between Piovere and Oldesio, green pastures with eastern trees, dense woods, wide valleys and steep cliffs, to the lake with its small fishing port and the evocative Prà del la Fam lemon garden, which has been transformed into an "open-air museum" where the different phases of the ancient lemon cultivation are illustrated.
Among gnarled olive trees and ancient holm oaks, a very well developed panoramic road leads to Tignale, a grouping of several small villages with GARDOLA at their centre. Situated in the middle of the natural park Alto Garda Bresciano, one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature has created with all its ecological richness. Steep cliffs, wide terraces, panoramic roads, hiking trails that wind their way inland through valleys, mountains, forests and remote villages.
Thanks to its privileged geographical position, Lake Garda is also a pleasure for art lovers, because in addition to the numerous local sights, it is also possible to visit the famous northern Italian art cities of Verona,
Milan, Brescia, Mantova, to name but a few, in a comfortable day trip.

Olive oil from 100% organic farming
Hardly any dish is prepared here without olive oil. Therefore, chefs and gourmets pay great attention to the quality of the oil.
The olives from Tignale traditionally come from 100% organic cultivation. Already the ancient Romans planted olives in this microclimate and extracted oil from them. Today the fruits are harvested by hand as in the past, but are cold pressed directly in a modern plant without storage.
The oil from Tignale has an extremely low acidity. The well-balanced taste and velvety scent of the olive oil is ideal for both fish and meat.
Truffles
The noble truffle also on your table. The truffle played an important role in the kitchen in the past. Later it was almost forgotten, but in recent years its culinary qualities have been rediscovered.
In the Natural Park of Lake Garda the truffle hunting has become a popular meeting where experiences and ideas are exchanged and tasted together. Every year Tignale dedicates the first week of October to this event.
In Tignale, besides the crisp truffle, you can also find the excellent black Périgord truffle, the summer truffle and with a little luck the Burgundy truffle.
